Card cant be activated

Purchased a go bank card and it cant be activated by myself or go bank .and the website that they give for a refund doesnt exsist .i want my money back .i will never purchase go bank again.what a rip off User’s recommendation: Dont buy.

Card issues

*** poor customer service. I bought a card at Sheetz. Paid my money. The receipt stated that the card was active and it reflected my balance. Go to use the card and it doesn’t work.
