"Smear" products and do not solve problem situations
IDMebeles (SIA KLZ) is not focused on solving problems. Representatives of the company are only interested in selling the goods, but not in solving after-sales situations. In August 2020, I bought kitchen equipment, standard cabinets and other standard parts, with a remark from the company, if something does not fit, the product can be returned. I waited for the details for more than 2 months, still in the middle of calling a representative, who kindly replied, if you don't like something - you will take it back and we will return the money. Some of the details (exactly what he had suggested to be added by the company's salesman in the Barona Street store) did not seem to be necessary. When we tried to return them,it was not possible to contact the company's decision-making representatives (we tried to communicate some 6x both by phone and e-mail), unfortunately no response was followed from the company. Customer advisors answer the phone and cannot make any decisions. The only remark was that the products purchased were made to order, but this is not the case as they are standard products that can be found on their website and adaptable to any other kitchen equipment. This situation shows that the company is not able to build a long-term relationship with the customer, but only to "smear" the products and after a while disappear and make a new one. It is very unfortunate that due to a few eur, the company is ready to damage its reputation and customer relations. Because there was a real idea to buy more products from this supplier and recommend to acquaintances - but we will definitely not do it now. I would also not recommend othersif you don't want to get stuck with unnecessary products and solve problems through Ptac.
