This company has made an huge error and will not answer any calls. They cancelled the wrong policy

Globe sent me a form to volunteer my policy. They cancelled a policy I had for a greatgranddaughter.. They lied in saying I asked them to do this. Weeks of trying to talk to anyone has been futile.
