Company will not respond to me about their error in canceling the wrong policy.

Update by user Jun 16, 2020 I how a business can be so irresponsible have called numerous times to Globe. They say they cannot assist but will transfer me to an extension that can. No one answers and one is unable to leave even a message. The same attitude with emails. No answer to any of my emails. I recently sent a registered letter to their legal department. So far no response. I do not know the status of any of the three accounts I have. I do not know how this company can be so irresponsible. Help please. I tried to contact through this foru Their answer was"it" was fixed. What was fixed. Is granddaughter's policy back in effect? What happened about my policy? I need the money to survive now. I need answers. I have been with this company for over 30 years. I deserve better business communication and not the hang ups and lack of professional answers I have been given. I need help. User's recommendation: Do not deal with this company. They lie and you cannot contact them to solve an issue.
