Item didn’t work

When I ordered, I received an email advising my item would ship within 7-20 business days….I waited 30 business days and it still didn’t ship. Finally received the item and it didn’t work. Did not receive the item pictured!

I searched online for a power adapter for a porcelain holiday decoration and was happy to find what I thought was an exact match at global-power-adapter.com.
