Faucet not working properly

I recently purchased and installed a glacier bay faucet model # HD67536-****H2 Every once in a while, the LED light starts flickering and it makes a noise and starts sputtering Also, the hot water pressure is a lot lower than the cold water pressure, which we did not have with our previous faucet.
