I purchased 5 Glacier Bay Toilets for or new house. Woke up this morning to water all over the floor. Come to find out the tank on the toilet cracked down the side resulting in water continuously running out of it. User’s recommendation: Don’t waist your time with these!
TANK LID MISSING,BOUGHT THIS GLACIER BAY TOILET AT HOMEDEPOT.AFTER INSTALLING I LOOKED FOR THE TOILET TANK LID AND COULD NOT FIND ONE.CALLED CUSTOMER ABOUT MY PROBLEM AND I HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING THEM TO SEND A LID.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN AGAIN.AAABSOLUTLY User’s recommendation: GOOD PRODUCT IF YOU GET ALL THE PARTS.
