Poor service
Returning from a trip by plane Heraklion - Melbourne 21. 10. 2016. at 00. 05, once again confirms the shamelessness of the staff serving Melbourne, carelessly treating their work by delivering suitcases. Leaving the plane, where the passengers see how the suitcases are unloaded, the work is going well, the suitcases are not thrown. What happens in the airport itself, how the suitcase is thrown, that it is torn, the metal bar that is in the back of the suitcase is torn. Then someone must have a blow to break the suitcase. There must be cameras and such workers should be fired. Why is this not the case at other airports? At least it didn't happen to me, but when I return to Australia, this is my second suitcase. It is a shame that Australia is popular with us for carelessly handling other people's money and property, even though we pay for the service.
