Poor service
Do not use these parcel terminals, as there are many useful alternatives to Australian Pasta Stacija and FedEx. I had to pay twice for one shipment: it was delivered to the wrong address (although I remember perfectly which address I entered in the parcel terminal) and I have to pay a second time to forward it to the required parcel terminal. The delivery note and the receipt printed by the parcel terminal do not contain information about the consignee, only about the sender, probably in cases when the parcel goes to the wrong address, the customer could be charged double the fee. 'Great' customer support, after which we no longer want to work with this company.
