PARTS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

OWN GENERAC 6500 GENERATOR–MOTOR RUNS WELL BUT WILL NOT MAKE ELECTRICITY-WHICH IS WHAT A GENERATOR IS SUPPOSED TO DO-CONTACTED GENERAC–THEY TOLD ME TO SHOP AROUND FOR PARTS. GENERATOR IS IN A GENERATOR SHOP–PROBLEM-SHORTED OUT STATOR–NOT REPAIRABLE–NEW STATOR PRICE IS MORE THAN A WHOLE NEW GENERATOR WOULD COST.SAVE YOUR MONEY–DO NOT BUY GENERAC!!
