Buses and the offer

Hello. We used Ecolines bus services for the first time and we were very late. The trip to Tallinn was scheduled for Comfort + bus with phone charging options and a planet. Driving on a regular bus, which did not even have the space provided for us in the ticket, did not have a flat board and phone charging, as a result of which the trip started negatively and we were left without a phone in Tallinn because it was discharged on his phone, which, of course, in a foreign city, caused terrible inconvenience. The bus turned out to be two-story, our seats, which needed to be in the back, were on the ground floor and in front. There were no places at all and thereforetrip back was definitely not comfortable.We really wanted Ecolines.
