Fraud
When buying a phone on installment I was offered a new no. When I asked or will have to pay for it, the answer was as follows, no, we need to issue a number so that you can take the phone in installments. I thought, either right, or I find it hard to pick up this new no. I probably pay 3 € for this new sim card, which is not a big problem. And then it started... Next month, came a letter, a bill for the use of mobile communications. I hadn't even touched that card, but as it turns out I have to pay € 4. 90 every month for this number. When I asked if I could cancel this number or switch with this number to another operator, I answered no. Until the phone is paid for, I can't even switch to a tariff where I have to pay less with this number. I know it's my fault, I should have read the contract. But the bee employees shouldn't have deceived me by saying that no. You won't change anything, etc. either fraud, either. I don't usually complain either, but this one is very nice.
