Lack of service on brand new not working oven

Service call 06333****. Came after 2 week wait. Needs part. Got part and set up for new appointment for 3/11/21. Got message today service cancelled. Wait another 2 weeks. # 06341****. Placed a call with issues

Purchased machine 1/28/21 I have had issues with the 1. balancing 2. Lid not locking 3. moisture coming out of the lid on onto the control panel when i called the service center it seems they do only text book services not helpful or sympathetic to your complain User’s recommendation: not to purchase GE.
