Failed to delivered the parcel because the address send to 89257 (Tamparuli) but they do the delivery at Kota Kinabalu.

Hello! I was just refused to be served at Lage Akropole cafe because I had a small dog in my bag. When I said that I visited Lage with the dog all the time without any problems and met only the kind sellers, this employee didn't think of anything smarter to say that it's because of Covid-19 (!), I have no idea how it is related. Lunch was happily eaten in another cafe, but the impression of your institution, which I once had great respect for, has unfortunately been damaged.
