Item is Missing

Hi, I would like to file a complaint regarding the service. I have send out a package og 1.3 kg (refer to the picture below), but the recipient didn’t received the full item (refer to the video). On 24/5 sender updated my parcel has been shipped. After 2 phone call have been made to customer service, finally my parcel delivered on 29/5. I noticed that box of my parcel broken and damage. Hello! I was just refused to be served at Lage Akropole cafe because I had a small dog in my bag. When I said that I visited Lage with the dog all the time without any problems and met only the kind sellers, this employee didn't think of anything smarter to say that it's because of Covid-19 (!), I have no idea how it is related. Lunch was happily eaten in another cafe, but the impression of your institution, which I once had great respect for, has unfortunately been damaged.
