Missing items and failure to communicate

I have repeatedly tried to contact them, by phone email. They have only responded to my email saying that the email was received and being reviewed. That was almost 2 weeks ago on February 13. Every every every time I call the number rings for maybe as much as 10 minutes after which they disconnect me.
