Iv been geting parts from this site for about a year now thay suck

well i call the 800 number and iv been hungup on 3 times now and on hold for 30 -40 mins befor hanging up on me and i just keep calling ther parts are ok but calling them is impossible and customer support ther isnt any *** calling is thay sent me bent a bent motor
