Customer service (its absence)
Short summary of my negative "adventures" with discover.org online store - I ordered the product, waited and tried communicate for 3 weeks until I finally get tired. Longer - my adventures step by step. Three weeks ago. I placed an order in the discover.org online store. Product with the indication "Sale! Today... " (discount symbolic, small, but pleasant). I receive a confirmation e-mail ("the manager will contact you... etc. ). A day later. No one will contact me. I write an e-mail - whether the order has been received, I am waiting for an invoice... In a day. The answer is - this product is not in stock (I wonder why you had to put a promotion for a product that is not in stock?), It will be in 1. 5 weeks, will you wait? Of course, I agree - why not wait. After 1. 5 weeks (plus a few days for "reserve" - after all, deliveries tend to be, delayed, etc. ) No information from the store. Article again - what does it look like - will my product be available or not? A day later (day of the week - Tuesday). Here comes a short answer (quote) - "Hello! The photo (my requested model) has arrived. ". Short and concise. I write again (although the feeling that this office doesn't want my money at all) - then I hope to receive an invoice and then a product, right? A few more days later (Friday) Nobody stubbornly wants to contact me. On Friday morning, I decided that apparently the online store staff had problems with the internet (or email or fingers) and calling. A very dissatisfied (judging by the voice) employee has been trying to find my order for a long time and is very surprised that I want to pay by bank transfer (as indicated in the original order) and I want the product delivered to me (also specified in the order). In the end, he promises to send an invoice on Monday, because on that day "there is no one who writes" (um, Friday, 9. 30 am - everyone who thinks to write an invoice came to work, decided not to serve customers and went to sea to sunbathe, or no?) Monday. Guess, well, did I get the bill? : ) at this point my patience ended. I gave up by hand, found another online store, ordered and, oh, miraculously, the product was with me within 24 hours.
