Damage

Great coffee machine in the price club shop. I chose 130 ml of coffee and got 50 ml. Call to inform the company about the damage and find out how I can get a refund for the unreceived product, but the 6 day see service is not working. It seems to me that if goods are offered in 6 days, then customer service should also work.
