I’m complaining about a potential tenant who signed a lease, gave a deposit and seven days before residing in the unit, he decided not to come. I refused to return his deposit of $551. Freeman Anthony Coney IV texted a threat and language that was extremely crude and harassing. I’m reporting this incident.
