Suffice it to say they have shoddy business practices, and charge for cancellation of services quoting a 15 page very convoluted contract which only a corporate lawyer could appreciate and understand. We lost power and never received any alerts to our phone. Called them and they said that they don’t cover power outages, so if you home burns down or is broken into when there is no power, they are not at fault. Such a lie. User’s recommendation: Do not buy.
