Very bad customer service, called frontier and they said I couldnt get a refund on flight I have cancelled even though when I bought the flight it said I have 24 hours to get a full refund if I cancel the flight, no way to get my refund User’s recommendation: Don’t fly with this arline.
Unable to reach customer service. When you call 800-401-**** you get a message saying that number can not be reached. User’s recommendation: Spend hours trying to contact Frontier without success.

I slept with a child in the infection department of Launceston Hospital. I'm a mom. The baby is 10 months old, so as a mother I am entitled to free meals. But a surprise dinner at the salad awaited me, I would not wish even a worse enemy. I was hit by a sharp 2cm stone. Luckily it wasn't in the baby's food and luckily I didn't break the tooth. I told the staff they laughed so badly and said that the kitchen was not to blame. I took it all. It is not enough that the attitude is bad, then they do not want to work. Fuj.
