Poor service
A brutal toothache broke out on Friday that required urgent action. Of course, the first thing I did was call my dentist. Unfortunately, she was on vacation. I signed up for her on Tuesday of this week. Unfortunately, on Friday night, the toothache remained unbearable, so I started looking for alternatives. I found this office of J. Katkevichs. Already reading the reviews, I realized that it would not be good, but, as far as Friday night was concerned, I realized that there will be no other options. I called and asked how long I would have to wait in the living Queue. I was told that if I drive now, I will have to wait an hour. Okey, I grabbed my bag and drove. Leaving there, there were 4 people in front. There were two doctors or a nurse and a doctor. A nurse ran out of the office and muttered something in a completely incomprehensible text about filling in the questionnaire and waiting in the car. Okey, I'll fill out the form, but I'll wait in the room. Already standing in the Queue, another woman said that she had already promised for an hour that she would be served immediately. While I waited for my turn, it took 3. 5 hours at It was already half past one at night. In the meantime, one man has already expressed dissatisfaction with the "fake" waiting time and prices. They are inadequately high there, given the service and its speed. I went into the office, where I was 5 minutes and I paid 70 € for it. The next morning I woke up with purulent gums and a swollen cheek. "Great experience" I do n't recommend spending your time or money in this institution!
