Damage and poor service

Hello! I want to tell you how bad and bad the store is at 110.shop! While I was on duty, my wife ordered me a Blackberry Q10 phone was still paid and after 1-1.5 weeks was received. After a few weeks I have come from a business trip and opened their phone (it was packed and not a single currency!) And it turned out that the phone does not work 7-9 buttons (just doesn't press)! 17.11.2018 I handed the phone to the store with claims that it does not work and ask for a refund! It's good that I've called and written to e-mail 110.shop! Only so I realized that the money did not return to me, but it took more than 14 days after receiving the goods, I finally realized that the phone aisutijushi for diagnostics or repairs. Now being 15.12.2018 I also don't know anything about the phone, and so that I can communicate with people and call them passports 110.shop I had to buy a mobile phone again... PS this is the worst store (110.shop) I have get involved! And I advise people to avoid www.110.shop services!
