Beyond rude collection personnel

No professionalism whatsoever. They spoof numbers to contact you AND when someone else makes a payment on your account they start calling them to collect monthly payments using spoofed numbers. They also charged my girlfriends debit card without her aurthorizing it….

Not so Bad
