Unable to purchase your fine product

I am trying to purchase one unit of the your Kuhl wall a/c model ss12n30c. Brandsmart is your local retailer in Miami. Air Conditioning not working after 3 hours

Installed and left ‘on’. Shut off after 3 hours, three hours later turned it on but nothing happened. Screen solid blue, no control panel. I reset the power plug, still nothing. WHY ISN’T THERE ANY TECH SUPPORT??????
