Damaged phone at service
Hello! I bought a cell phone from the online store Yess mobile. After about a year of use. What an evening. Before going to bed cover the phone with an alarm clock. And I went to sleep. I immediately found that there were cracks on my cell phone that did not exist before. I asked the service worker from where. To which the service worker replied that there must have been such. Although he didn't see her when she originally accepted the phone, I claim that you damaged the phone for me. And I don't want to get that phone back. The service worker remained funny. claimed that he had a service report. Which I read and took a picture of. The conclusion was that there were cracks at fault. But when I handed over the service the phone gap wasn't there. I wrote a store application that I do not want to receive such a phone. Let them stop fooling me.The next day I went to the Consumer Protection Center for further instructions. There I was told that I should expect an answer from the service.
