Paw points program

The product is great, but the paw points program is a joke. If t hey wanted it to work, they could insert a paper inside the bag with the code. I bought Fresh Step for its clumping and de-odorizing ability, but Light Weight (2 boxes) from Walmart, so it would not be so heavy or hard to carry.

DoFresh Step Light Weight does NOT clump even though it is called Clumping Cat Litterand it does NOT control odor from cats urine, even though it says Odor Control Guaranteed!
