I place an order and my Discover card called me to tell me your shipping two orders instead. I was on wait on the phone for an hour and fivetten mintues What is wrong with this company.

You keeped me on phone phone waiting for an hour and fivetten minutes, thats not the way you do bussiness.

Paid for product not received

On 05/21/2021 Company took payment for item they knew was out of stock at time of purchase. I was not notified nor did they attempt to issue a refund. Paid via credit card on Paypal. My purchase was paid in full of 117 and PayPal is taking 28 dollars in four installments for same order. They tell me to contact you and you tell me to contact them. Can I get a reimbursement cause the item has been already paid for.
