Bad airators

Having a lot of trouble with airator have the 9 quart and the 13 quart airator on the 9 quart stop working and 1 on the 13 quart quit working as well

Defective new unit. no response

We have reached out 3 times to Frabill via email and tried to call. No response and unable to speak to a human on the phone. Brand new $300 shelter that had a broken pole and the cover was so tangled it was unusable. Very frustrated. Would have been happy if they just responded.
