Poor service
At times, it seems to me that the "Athletics" policy is to avoid as many client clubs as possible but pay money. All good coaches are fired! There are few valuable lessons and then the lesson hall is full, legs and arms are nowhere to stretch and fully perform the exercises... I wanted to stop the lessons for three months because I was leaving and did not want to pay "for air", resume lessons after arrival (hopefully that something will change in my attitude and the club will end its summer promotions) and could extend the subscription proportionately. But no, it is free for only 1 month, then you have to pay 12 AU$ for freezing. Question about what? if I then have a full charge again? When the club had good coaches, I turned my attention to such things as: 1. women's showers are old and only three have normal pressure and water temperature; The rest of the water is icy 0. 5h + actually blowing air and is cold to be there. 2. In the shower, the floor is so dirty, it stinks and is covered with something green and slippery (can't you really wash it once a week with chlorine-containing products?). The floor in the classroom is also full of sand at the end of the day when I get there... It is disgusting to breathe deeply because of the dust! 3. Old carpets for lessons - black and scratched. 4. The trainers are placed too close to each other because there is little space. For some exercise bikes, the right pedal mentions faster that the left, etc. 5. Not to mention air quality - air filters never change over time and spread dust and bacteria. My sensitive skin instantly becomes inflamed, if I go to the sauna several times after a session, then it is ok. So, I have to plan to spend 40 minutes in the club and I can't always afford it... On the 6th summers, promotions are organized and the club is crowded even more with young people, but clients who pay the full price have nowhere to look, because the lesson the number is not already increased proportionally... 7. can not unsubscribe for free! The administrators are cool, the location is good, the equipment is also satisfactory. But management does not know how to work modernly and responsibly! Money is not invested in infrastructure and staff quality! It is a matter of a common management policy, prices are inflated, the client's wishes are not respected at all and there is no more than just biting money! Also, it is not possible to terminate the contract without penalty if I am not satisfied with this service or suddenly do not want to go... although I doubt whether it complies with the laws of the Australia and my consumer rights. Either you offered really GOOD service and everything around shines and is watered and everything is available at any time. Do you have cheap prices and lots of people! Although I initially liked this club, my conclusion - the subscription price does not correspond to the quality offered, neither visually nor professionally. The lack of coaches and their frequent changes will not allow you to lose weight or stay in healthy shape, all coaches are hardly qualified, overcrowded halls with some remaining good coaches... if you can barely catch up after work for a good training, then there is no place to plug in!
