Broken slide/poor customer service

We were camping this past weekend and our slide started to break. We had no customer service and was told to continue to use it until September! Poor warranty response for bad quality installation of shower and awnung

Awning will not work Multi piece shower was installed due to unavailability of the normal shower used. This shower is uneven, stays dirty, and will not drain. User’s recommendation: Run away.

Unhappy custimer

Paid 70K for a 2021 Cedar Creek 377BH HAVING MAJOR ISSUES WITH THE SHOWER AND THE ARMLESS AWNING OVER DINETTE AREA. The microwave will not work. Lettering is peeling off the side after owning for only 6 weeks. User’s recommendation: No money paid until a very detailed inspection!

2021 Sunseeker

In 4 months we used the rv twice the rest of the time it has been in the shop. No quality control or warranty support. The list of things wrong keeps growing with every use. Worst customer support and warranty I have ever seen.
