Never got a response or call back from Forest River. Did the Google and figured it out on my own.also confusing on what # to call, tried several User’s recommendation: ? Good luck.
Shoddy workmanship, lack of care of the product they make. Electrical wires wrapped around water lines, pinhole leak behind shower wall, molding coming apart……on and on. User’s recommendation: Find another manufacturer. Anything Forest River is involved with should be avoided.
