Poor service

Very terrible service. Wait too long for food and do not pay attention to customers. The most common dishes (Caesar salad) have to wait 1 hour, which is incomprehensible even if the number of visitors is not large. Customers are not warned about the time to wait until we receive the food and also have to wait a very long time after receiving the bill and the balance. Terrible!
