Active card and bank attitude
I have an active card in IT Bank. As there are now difficult times, making a monthly refund on an active card remains more difficult. I applied to the bank with an agreement to reduce the amount granted to the active card by the amount I have already repaid (ie I have been granted USD 1, 000, I have repaid USD 400, to reduce it to USD 600), to So my monthly payment would also be reduced.
