I purchased a ticket for travel from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg. Was subsequently advised on 29/11/2015 that the flight was cancelled and a refund would be made to my bank account. I provided my banking details on 30/11/2015 and am still awaiting a refund. No response to various e-mails sent to the airline.
Poor service
