Can’t get water in my motorhome it’s a 1996 bounder.

When I’m connected to the city water cannot get water in my motorhome. Have to turn on pump to get water in sink and shower.

Leveling

Auto level not going up.I put the jacks down and when I went to put them up in the front and left lights are flashing arrow and manual lights are flashing and nothing will happen with the jacks
