I brought a ticket to kiss concert 2 years ago in Salt Lake City. They postponed concert than covid. I have lost my password to your app. How can I find it. Ive tried logging in and requested new password. But nothing came in my email. I see that AXS is taking over flashseats.
I was able to transfer the tickets on my own. However, I transferred them to my almost 80 yr old mother and she is not able to access them. The site wont allow her to fill in all fields. She has emailed flashseats several times asking for help and has yet to receive a response.
