You call, a recording tells you to go to the website, then hangs up on you. Terrible customer service. Probably should have known since they want you to deal with a company called Pissed consumer. User’s recommendation: Buy tickets somewhere else.

Concert cancelled(resheduled for a full year from now) due to COVID-19. Wont refund money

If the reshedule was for a month or two from now I would be OK but a full year from now? Thats ridiculous they should refund my $445. User’s recommendation: Don’t deal with these scammers.
