I was in this bank 4–5 times after moving to this neighborhood two weeks ago. This bank is located across the street from my house, so it is the most convenient variant for me. Due to financial hardship as my husband is on hospice they would like to make a house payment for me and you will not take a credit card so they need a copy of the W9 faxed to them so they can proceed with us
I was looking to refinance with them as rates dropped in January. They couldn’t match so I shopped around. The bank I was working with asked for a payoff quote; Flagstar charged me $30. Flagstar sent 2 more payoff quotes to the same bank; same number, and charged me two more times. $90 for 3 payoff statements... Read more➤

Attitude

At night the staff terrible, ignore the fact that I do not understand foreign language. val insists on communicating in foreign language. There is practically no time to explain, explain the situation, a bed is shown with a handshake and you are told to come to the procedures. Where is the procedure cabinet? Ej meklee! Will you find? After breakfast, lunch, be instructed not to remove the dishes! But where is the kitchen? Not telling you! Sanitary, cleaners. crooked, glances, bubbling, frustrated! Seeing mothers with babies carrying pots on their hands and pulling systems, even courtesy, does not offer help! Of course, the worst of all cannot be said, but we have had such an experience. Although the child's medicine is free of charge, more attention should be paid to the staff and their attitude, it is still the attitude towards children, hospital patients. And if you have accepted this job, try to do it with respect! However, you are an employee, and those are your job responsibilities.
