Product that is not delivered

SIA Kasija - i-net store Proffit With a note, it can be concluded that the problem is not solved and those many self-glorifying comments on how they are spoken, answered and communicated are of zero value - no one informs and communicates anything, there is no exchange of information. I confirmed the customer's product by calling the office - confirmed that everything is in order, the product is, I paid 26.05.2020. Today is 16.06.2020. No one calls, informs, tells where to apologize again. Attach screenshots. The people need to know their own powers.
