A month ago, I ordered a microwave and also felt that the shipment was delayed somewhere. I started contacting and the kind operators said their information every time. then that the item is already on the way but after a week says that they have not received it from the warehouse so it is delayed. of course I waited patiently because I hope that good comes with waiting. last time I called and said that I will take care of the complaint if the product will not be within 3 days then of course kindly the answer was ok if not within 3 days then we will return the money to you. it took 5 days and there is no money or a microwave. now there is no other option than to drive to their office. necar tak so continue to chakaret people. its bodite should close
