Lido delivery, or how to stay without dinner.

The website www. lidopiegade.org ordered food for two people. Everything was carefully selected, added to the cart and ordered. The order included: grilled chicken fillet + fried potato straws + dill sauce, pork ribs + fried potato straws + mushroom sauce, stuffed courgettes, lightly salted cucumbers, raspberry napoleon cakes. After a while, the operator called, asked for the address and said that the order had been accepted, except that there was no mushroom sauce to replace it with dill. The idea is interesting, because usually the operator dictates the whole order. Another moment passed, another operator called and said that the courgettes were not stuffed either. We decided to do without zucchini. Time passed, the courier arrived, returned the packages with the order, I paid,I also gave tea money and started to unpack the order. After unpacking, we concluded that one serving was not included at all (grilled chicken fillet + fried potato straws + dill sauce). I checked the check and found that there were no such portions. I called the operator and asked what about the case, where is the remaining order I sent? The cinematographer interrupted me in an unkind tone, without even giving me the word that everything that had been ordered had been taken away, but the grilled fillet could not be delivered at all, because they did not have it. I asked, why couldn't you tell me right away then? In an equally unkind tone, the operator replied that he knew nothing and could not help. And there was no order in the system. In short, spit on her for not eating tonight. We order food almost every day from different places, and there were no mistakes in our order. Jo,firstly, when ordering food, there was another person next to me, who was watching what I was ordering, secondly, I always check 2-3 times before ordering, which is in the basket and thirdly, until the delivery the entire order list is displayed. This was the first time that the entire order was not delivered. In any case, in the future I will think very seriously or trust the delivery of Lido in the future and I recommend others to be careful when ordering food in Lido.
