My daughters condo had an old air conditioning unit with a connected furnace. Unit is on the roof and it has been difficult to schedule to have this replaced per warranty. Worst warranty company ever

The warranty company let my contractor and myself know that the parts were in contractor ordered a crane.. when the contractor went to pick up the parts none of them were ordered or in. Not covering a needed repair in a timely manner
