Attempted Fraud
I take a taxi from the center of Oakland to Domina, usually such a trip costs 3-4USD. The taxi driver tried to reach an agreement on the price of the trip 10USD -> about 3 times higher. In the end I paid 4.50 (overpayment of about 1 USD) because "there was nothing to spend". I had been drinking a couple of cues and apparently the taxi driver looked at me as a good scam.
