Cellphone claim

Finrite have the most horrible and rude call centres I have ever come across. They are not interested in assisting a customer, they are rude. No invoices

For more than a year, this company has not paid any invoices on time. At the beginning, communication with the accounting was practically impossible, because it was not possible to call them, and the e-mails were answered well if one of the three. At one point, at the "other end", a person apparently changed, a "Vita" appeared, who, with the tone of civic understanding in e-mails, promises for the third time to start gradually paying bills, but nothing has happened either. The craziest thing is that this company has won public procurement, so the amount of work that goes through is considerable, but while I do not believe that translators who are experienced in this company's unfair practices still undertake these translations, I am sure that there are always some "new" translators who do not yet have this experience and who agree to do so.
