I was very impressed with effort made to take care of customers. They were overwhelmed but never lost composure and effort.

I have seen such underwhelming seevice lately by understaffed restaurants. These individuals were making an extreme effort to get through a difficult evening. Another Fazolis was without power and appeared all the customers went to this one. It was handled well. The customers were even cheering for them.

Why is it that the careers page says so much about supporting Fazolis employees but my best friend makes dirt money working for you guys, while shes 7 months pregnant and the restaurant is understaffed. Upset with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The young lady at the front counter was really rude to me because I was not ordering off the lunch menu correctly so then she finally asked me if I knew how to read. We left and I told her she was rude and she said” I’m aware” terrible.terrible. User’s recommendation: Do not go.
