Treatment of customers!
Simple scribbles - I ordered the goods the company needs - to relieve myself of worries I did it in the i-Store - I think it will be like everyone else - I ordered, paid, brought and used, but NOT, the jokes started the next day - I ordered, the company paid the same evening, the next morning - a threat letter - if you do not pay then... we will deliver within 2-3 working days - well OK, I'm waiting, all this time hung in the status of "submitted", on the third working day (there was still a Saturday in the middle of the bell), says that one thing is not, I say, well then take it here which is - but then you will have TWO delivery charges (or is it my fault that not all accepted items are available at once), either okay, say or bring it today - No Tomorrow! I had to slaughter the car and drive myself, instead of doing my job calmly. For the non-existent part of the order - it turned out to be a couple of lats more expensive, because it is not a model, it is different (Is this my problem? Didn't it have to coordinate before issuing the invoice?)! Well, for a company that presents itself as the best, which promises huge Christmas and other discounts, a hundred lats order to dismiss a couple of lats is Lieeeela's problem - just a bunch of accounting papers - and why should the customer suffer to some extent due to the operation of this i-store?
