Not received my order, not received a confirmation email and no one’s has been answering me for a month!

I made a transaction on June 30th. I did not receive a confirmation email and did not receive my order. Nobody has been answering my calls and my emails! This is a terrible Customer service. I need my refund!

I too got ripped off.

I placed an order and canceled 1 hour later It took 6 months and many phoney emails asking to pay a restocking fee, an insurance fee. An email to send a copy of my driver’s license, social card etc..
