Total mess

Daughter arranged my husband’s air travel through FareBuzz. Upon check-in at home, the email link to his itinerary (with the “click here for your itinerary” button) brought him to a “search flights” page – there wasn’t a flight number, airline name, ticket number, confirmation number, not anything at all regarding any info about his itinerary there, or...
